For Ellas birthday she hosted her own beauty salon. Results varied but fun was had and no permanent damage was done. Ella got through her mom Emily, Grandma Dee and Juju as well as Rachel. I was next on the chopping block... I mean in line when she got tired of doing hair. Very funny indeed!

After work today I went to the Rotunda at the Mall of America to take in the Vikings Pep Rally and help show my horns. This Sunday the Vikes are playing the New Orleans Saints. If we win, we are in the Super Bowl!!! How exciting!

So I slipped and fell down the stairs on the Shuttle bus at work today. I fell down the stairs at home a couple of months ago and broke my tail bone. Ella jumped down my stairs and bruised hers. I have fallen down my stairs two more time with no injury fortunately.
Thus I am declaring war on stairs. With my mutant powers I shall lead us in battle to bring Escalators and elevators to power.

Our main living area is a beigeish god color called Lingere. The red in the kitchen is called callente (sp?) Spanish for Hot is what I am trying to spell there. It all makes for a very hot house. ;)

This is a picture taht I entered into the Dakota County Fair this past summer and took 2nd place with. Quite an honor considering this is the first contest I have ever tried entering.
